BUNNY SALES POLICY:

 

Updated as of 2024

 

• we are a ARBA registered rabbitry.

We are breeding towards the SOP but do not guarantee show quality animals.

 

• we raise the following breeds:

ENGLISH LOPS (we carry the following color types: magpie, VM/BEW )

 

HOLLAND LOPS (we carry the following color types: VM/BEW/Heavy VM in chocolate, blue, and black varieties) 

 

NETHERLAND DWARFS (we carry the following color types: VM/BEW, Harli and magpie, and chocolate VM)

 

STANDARD REX we are raising these in small quantities mostly for pets and meat purposes. 

 

•We are a CLOSED Rabbitry/farm. This means our Rabbitry is not available for tours/visits. 

This is for the health & safety of not just our rabbits, but all of our animals as well as my families! We are happy to answer any questions, as well as send pictures and videos! 

 

• All rabbits come pedigree unless stated otherwise, this pedigree is to never be altered in anyway. 

If it occurs later on that something may be incorrect on the pedigree (such as the color) please contact me and I will correct it for you. 

All pedigrees will be correct to my knowledge at the time of sale. 

 

•All of our rabbits come with an ear number/tattoo in their left ear, regardless of if they are show quality or not. This tattoo is specific to them, it can be traced back to me as the original breeder, and if they go to a pet home and get lost for whatever reason this can help them be identified easier.

 

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold a bunny. I will not hold a bunny without a deposit. Babies are reserved on a first come first serve basis. 

• with the Holland lops and Netherland dwarfs they come in short and long hair due to a wooly gene, while we rarely have long/fuzzies haired buns, it can be difficult to tell if they are fuzzy until several weeks old. We do not refund for this as it is characteristic to the breed. 

•If something happens to your bunny while in my care, you will receive your deposit back or can choose another bunny if one is available. If you place a deposit and change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded. If you don't answer messages or don't show up when your bunny is ready for pickup, the bunny will be offered to someone else, no refunds given. You will have up to one week after the bunny has turned 8 weeks old to pickup (so by the time it turns 9 weeks old, unless you pay a boarding fee after that)

 

• A bunny can be held longer than 9 weeks if needed, but we require an additional $20 per week per bunny to hold.This boarding fee must be paid in full up front in order to be held longer. We will only hold for up to an additional month, after which time we will no longer hold even if you offer a boarding fee to do so.

 

• you are welcome to contact us at anytime with any questions or concerns you may have, we are always happy to help however we can! 

 

•Rabbits are sold healthy to best of my knowledge, and will not leave here if I believe otherwise. If your rabbit winds up at the vet we are NOT responsible for any vet costs. Though I am happy to help answer any questions you have regarding your rabbit to the best of my knowledge.

 

• you are responsible for looking your rabbits over at pickup. Failure to do so, does not fall on me. 

 

•we do not give refunds of any kind for any reasons after the rabbit leaves our care, as sadly anything can happen that we would not be in control of.

 

•our rabbits are held and socialized everyday since birth, however each rabbit will have their own Individual personality, so we do not guarantee temperaments of rabbits. We will not knowingly sell an aggressive rabbit. If there are any concerns we have observed, we will communicate those concerns with the potential buyer.

 

•each rabbit is given a round of dewormer as a preventative before they leave. 

We give probiotics and a dose of gas drops before they leave as well, this is to help ease the stress of moving into a new home.

We also vaccinate each rabbit against pasturella/snuffles. 

 

•All of our rabbits come with transition food and a pedigree, as well as a care sheet, go home bag, and lifetime support! Our biggest goal is helping you and your new fur-member succeed together!

 

•Please bring a carrier or something to bring your baby home in, as I will not be providing you with one unless I said otherwise. 

 

•We do our best to take weekly updates photos and videos for our buyers/new bunny families, however sometimes life gets hectic and a week may be skipped. We apologize in advance for this. Please feel free to check in on your bunny whenever you'd like though. 

 

•If for some reason you cannot keep your bunny I will gladly take it back, assuming I'm available to do so. No refunds will be given. 

 

•we have the right to turn down a sale, if we unfortunately believe you won't be a good fit for one of our bunnies.

 

•we accept cash, cash app, PayPal, and Venmo. Thank you!

 

•At pickup whatever the remaining amount you have left to pay, must be paid in cash, cash app, PayPal, or Venmo. We do not accept checks as checks don't always clear.

 

•pickup is in Livingston TN (if doing local pickup)

 

Though it is never expected if you would like to show your support we would appreciate a review left on Facebook, or you can send the buns/animals a gift. We all know it can be expensive to care for animals and every bit helps!

Transport:

 

•We do wotk with transports, but setting transportation up is entirely up to the buyer. Stops need to be in Livingston, Monterey, Cookeville TN as we are unable to travel super far to meet transport. I will only work with transports I approve of, so please message me first for that info. 

 

•For all rabbits going on transport we will send transition food and a paper copy of the pedigree. *If a paper copy is not accepted by the transport we will send you one via email, or USPS.

 

•if using transport the remaining balance on your rabbits must be payed no later than 48 hours before they get on transport. 

 

•if you are using transport, unless stated otherwise in this particular section, everything else above does apply in the agreement of purchasing a rabbit.
